Encrypted at rest & in transit
Client records and recordings are encrypted on disk, and every network connection is encrypted.
Tamper-evident audit logs
Append-only logs record who opened a client file, what they viewed, and the exact date and time. No one can change an entry without leaving a trace.
Unique logins & role permissions
Everyone with access to our servers and databases has an individual login, and role-based permissions limit which records each person can open.
Privacy & risk assessments
We complete a written Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and a security risk assessment before any new software or server system goes live.

When can I get access?+
We're onboarding founding practices in small groups. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when a spot opens.
Do my clients need to download anything?+
No. Sotto is a web app. Clients add it to their home screen from the browser, with no app store and no updates to install. It looks and works like a native app.
How do clients sign in?+
With a magic link or a short code sent to their email. There are no passwords anywhere in the system, so there's nothing to forget or reset.
Does the audio work offline?+
Yes. Once a client installs the app, their assigned recordings play without a connection, including with the phone in airplane mode at bedtime.
Can it carry my practice's branding?+
Yes. Sotto is white-labeled. Clients see your practice's name, colors, and domain, not ours.
What does it cost?+
